Alpha Private Equity strengthens its teams in France and Italy and promotes three to Partner

Luxembourg, November 29th, 2022 - Alpha is expanding its team in Paris with the promotion of Nicolas Antraigue to the position of Partner, and the recruitment of both Clément Colin and Noémie Lanneluc as Director and Associate in the Investment Team, respectively. A graduate of HEC, Nicolas Antraigue joined the mid-market investor in November 2021 after eleven years of experience at ICG within the large-cap and mid-cap equity teams. A graduate of EDHEC, Clément Colin comes from Capza, a team he joined in 2013, where he worked as Investment Director within the Flex Equity practice. After graduating from Grenoble Ecole de Management, Noémie Lanneluc began her career in M&A, within the teams of Edmond de Rothschild CF and DC Advisory, before joining the corporate M&A teams of Serb, a pharmaceutical group owned by Charterhouse since March 2017.

 

 

Within its Milan office, the Investment Team has also strengthened its ranks with two promotions to Partner, Pasquale Cavaliere and Livio Zanotelli. Prior to joining Alpha in 2018, Pasquale Cavaliere worked at EY Transaction Services for eight years and he graduated from Bocconi University. Prior to joining Alpha in July 2021, Livio Zanotelli worked at Deutsche Beteiligungs AG for nine years and gathered experience in M&A at JP Morgan – he graduated from the Vienna University of Economics and from LSE/CEMS. Alpha also welcomes Alessandra Bosetti and Alessandra Pisati both as Associate to the Investment Team. Alessandra Bosetti began her career as a strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, where she was involved in a number of projects in the Consumer Products, Retail and Fashion & Luxury sectors. She graduated in Management Engineering from Politecnico of Milan. Alessandra Pisati began her career as a strategy consultant at Deloitte, where she was involved in several projects for national and multinational companies gaining relevant experience in the consumer industry.  She graduated from Politecnico di Milano with a MSc in Management Engineering. Alpha also welcomes Gian Marco Zembo as Analyst to the Investment Team following a successful six-month internship. Gian Marco graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Pisa and a Master’s degree from the University of Turin.
