Primarily, our deals are proprietary, primary deals where we boast privileged access to deal flow due to our unrivalled connectivity with family owned businesses.
Alpha takes majority positions in it's portfolio companies investing in global businesses with strong underlying fundamentals or innovative businesses disrupting their industries. We invest in companies with enterprise values of between €100m and €500m and the equity commitment typically ranges from €50m to €125m. Alpha may also consider larger transactions with its own limited partners or other equity providers/houses.
