Who we are

Alpha is an independent Pan-European private equity firm with offices in Benelux, France, Germany, Italy and Luxembourg. Alpha invests in mid-market buyouts throughout Continental Europe. Alpha is currently investing its 7th fund and has €2bn under management. Since 1990, Alpha executed over 96 transactions.
