Francesco Padovani joined Alpha in 2020 and is an Associate Director based in Milan.

Francesco is part of the investment team and is involved in the monitoring of Caffitaly, Laminam, Prima Industrie and Remazel.

He began his career at Lazard as a member of the M&A team. Prior to joining Alpha he also worked in Venture Capital at Innogest and Private Equity at Fondo Italiano d’Investimento SGR, gaining experience in Industrial, ICT and Healthcare sectors.

Francesco holds a MSc in Management Engineering, with major in Finance, from Politecnico di Milano.
