Alpha Private Equity signs an agreement to sell Feu Vert to Bassac

Alpha Private Equity today announced that it has entered into an exclusivity agreement to sell its controlling stake in Feu Vert, a leading automotive maintenance and after-sales services retailer, to Bassac. The transaction remains subject to customary works council consultations and to clearance from the French and Spanish competition authorities.
